SuperDocs Firm Platform
California court form automation for law firms, paralegals, and LDAs
SuperDocs is a browser-based platform for preparing California court forms.
More than 7,000 mapped court forms are already available, including California Judicial Council forms and supported local county forms. SuperDocs combines those forms with reusable case information, online client intake, team collaboration, custom form packets, and electronic signatures.
Information your clients and your team provide can be reused across applicable court forms, so the work you do on one document helps with the documents that come next.
No desktop software to install. Every seat includes the complete SuperDocs platform.
Court forms that get easier as you go
SuperDocs does more than display fillable PDFs in a browser.
As your client completes an intake form or your team enters information while filling out court forms, SuperDocs saves that information to the case and makes it available wherever it applies.
As you move from form to form, SuperDocs automatically fills in information your case already contains.
That can include common details such as names, addresses, dates of birth, and contact information, along with more detailed information about employers, vehicles, real estate, assets, debts, physical descriptions, driver's licenses, and other information requested by California court forms.
Client information shouldn’t have to be entered twice.
More than 7,000 mapped California court forms
7,000+ mapped California court forms
SuperDocs includes more than 7,000 mapped forms currently available for use.
Our library includes California Judicial Council forms as well as local court forms from supported California counties and jurisdictions.
SuperDocs obtains forms from the California Judicial Council and county court websites and maps their fields for automation, making no or only minimal changes to the underlying court forms.
You don't have to create templates or map PDF fields yourself. Choose the forms you need and start working.
Completed documents remain standard California court forms that can be downloaded or printed.
Online client intake with JurDocs
Collect case information from clients before your team begins preparing forms.
Clients receive secure access through JurDocs, where they can complete online intake forms from their own device.
When the intake is complete, your team can import the information into the SuperDocs case. SuperDocs can then use that information automatically wherever it applies in the court forms you prepare.
There is no requirement to complete a large case profile before you can begin working. Whether information comes from client intake or is added by your team while filling out forms, it becomes more useful as the case develops.
Built for attorneys, paralegals, and LDAs
SuperDocs supports the different ways legal professionals prepare California court forms.
Attorneys
Prepare, review, and electronically sign documents in SuperDocs.
Paralegals
Prepare forms while selecting the appropriate attorney at the firm for the document.
LDAs
Prepare documents for self-represented clients and designate the client where appropriate on the court form.
This lets each firm configure SuperDocs around the way its documents are actually prepared.
Collaborate, review, and sign
Documents can move from preparation to review and signature without leaving the SuperDocs workflow.
Share cases with your team
Cases can be shared with other members of your firm.
Choose whether another team member should have view or edit access, so attorneys, paralegals, and other staff can collaborate on the same case without passing working copies of documents back and forth.
Firm administrators can manage access while individual team members work with the cases available to them.
Electronic signatures, review, and approval
Attorneys can electronically sign documents in SuperDocs.
Clients and other parties can securely review and electronically sign documents through JurDocs.
SuperDocs can also send documents for review and approval when an electronic signature is not required.
Signature assignments are tied to the appropriate roles on the document, helping ensure that the correct person signs the correct fields.
Create reusable Custom Packets
Frequently prepare the same combination of forms?
Create a Custom Packet from the forms in one of your cases and use it again when starting future matters.
If the group of forms you prefer changes, you can update an existing packet using the forms currently in the case.
Custom Packets make it easier to begin common workflows without repeatedly searching for and adding the same forms one at a time.
Start a case the way that works for you
SuperDocs doesn't require a lengthy setup process before you can begin preparing documents.
- Start with the court forms you need
- Send a client intake form
- Begin from a Custom Packet
- Create contacts first
- Use Quick Start to create a case and invite a client
As more information is added, SuperDocs makes it available to the forms that follow.
Contacts, printing, and browser-based access
Reusable contacts
Contacts in SuperDocs can be reused across cases.
Clients, family members, opposing parties, attorneys, businesses, witnesses, experts, process servers, and other contacts can retain information already collected about them.
When the same person or organization appears in another case, you don't have to start from scratch.
Download and print
Completed documents can be downloaded from SuperDocs or printed directly from the court form editor.
The downloaded documents remain standard California court forms.
Works across devices
SuperDocs runs in your web browser, so there is no desktop application to install.
- Mac and Windows
- Full SuperDocs court-form editing is supported.
- Tablets
- Court forms can be edited on supported tablets.
- Mobile phones
- You can start new cases, look up information, view documents, and download documents. Court forms are view-only on mobile phones.
For the best document-editing experience, use a desktop, laptop, or tablet.
