Teach practical skills with real court forms
Help Students Learn by Doing
Preparing legal documents is an important practical skill. With SuperDocs, students can work through realistic case scenarios, complete actual California court forms, and learn how modern legal technology simplifies document preparation.
Rather than simply studying completed forms, students can create their own cases, enter information, and see how information from one document is automatically reused across other forms in the same case.
Real California Court Forms
Work with California Judicial Council forms and supported county court forms used in actual legal proceedings.
Hands-On Case Preparation
Students create cases, complete forms, and practice preparing documents using fictional client scenarios.
Learn Modern Legal Workflows
Show students how SuperDocs reuses client and case information across forms, reducing repetitive data entry.
How SuperDocs works in your classroom
Simple for Instructors. Practical for Students.
-
Step 1: Set Up Your Classroom
We'll create a free SuperDocs workspace for your class. As the administrator, you'll have access to manage student accounts and oversee their work.
-
Step 2: Create Your Assignments
Select the California court forms you want students to complete and save them together as a Custom Packet. You can create different packets for different assignments.
-
Step 3: Students Prepare Their Cases
Each student signs in to SuperDocs, creates a case using your assigned packet, and fills out the required court forms based on the fictional scenario you provide.
-
Step 4: Review Their Work
As the classroom administrator, you can view every student's cases and documents, review completed forms, and assess their work.
Students work in their own cases by default. Instructors can view all classroom cases, and student-to-student access requires explicit case sharing.

Example classroom assignment
From Classroom Scenario to Completed Court Forms
A professor teaching California family law creates an assignment involving a fictional divorce case. The professor builds a Custom Packet containing the applicable Judicial Council forms and provides students with a fictional client scenario.
Students sign in, create their own cases from the packet, and complete the required documents. As information is entered, SuperDocs automatically carries applicable details into other forms, helping students understand both the legal documents and the technology used to prepare them.
The professor can review each student's completed documents directly in SuperDocs.
