SuperDocs auto-fills your state and county court forms to save you lots of time. It is cloud-based and works in your browser, whether you have an Apple or PC.
Auto-filling legal forms has been around a while. So, what separates SuperDocs from the competition?
We follow your natural workflow. You don't have to go to a complicated, lengthy "case set-up" where you fill 10's or 100's of blanks to see what winds up in your forms. Think a moment about how unnatural and finite that approach is.
What happens after the form is auto-filled and there remain some empty blanks? Yep! You can fill in the rest of those blanks, but this new data isn't being re-used. If you want to re-use it, they make you go back and enter it in "case set-up." Will the right blanks even be there? It's like having to start all over again, Ugh!!! 😟
SuperDocs doesn't collect data from "case set-up." This makes no sense. Instead, we collect it from the forms themselves. That's right! When you are filling out a form, SuperDocs continuously collects data as you go. It's a perfectly natural workflow! All of this data is then re-used in all your other forms.
Remember how we said the "case set-up" approach is finite? Well, it is. How many blanks do they give you? 10's of blanks doesn't seem onerous, but that's not very much data-sharing. 100's starts to look pretty congested and pain-staking, and still that's all you get for all the trouble of having to deal with that mess.
With SuperDocs, we grab data as you fill out the forms themselves. The data it collects and re-uses is infinite.
If your form asks for a date of birth, we re-use it. If it asks for a driver's license number, we re-use it. Even if it asks for the name of your favorite pet, we re-use that, too! How about data on witnesses, declarants, judges, process servers, deponents, assets, debts, etc.? Oh, yeah! We got it covered! 👍 There is no limit to the data SuperDocs is able to gather and re-use.
Once you enter data for any person, court or business, it is available for auto-filling in any other form in any other case. You simply select the person from your contacts to fill a role, such as selecting "Wally Witness" as witness and "Pam ProcessServer" as process server. Then, all of the person's data you ever entered in any other form for any other case is auto-filled into the current form where it is needed. Think about those certain forms asking for the process server's address, phone, license number, fee, etc. Enter it once and never again!
If you have to update something like an address, no problem. Just enter the new address right into the form. It will then be used in all your other forms. You don't have to go back to "case set-up" to find the appropriate blank and update it. And remember... the "case set-up" might not even have a blank for you to fill out in the first place.
From now on, just say "no" to complicated and cumbersome "case set-ups." Go with a superior, natural workflow. It doesn't get any simpler, while actually sharing even more information than ever. It's a win-win! 😀
See if the competition can do all that! 😎
